I had my Infiniti Q50 repaired here today, and I couldn't be more impressed. After taking my car to multiple other garages that completely failed to fix the issue, the team here diagnosed it quickly and sorted it out within hours.
Their diagnostic process was incredibly thorough and professional, and the staff were absolute class—friendly, honest, and highly skilled. Finding a garage that actually knows what they're doing with complex issues is rare.

There was quite a bit of work needing doing on my car. Some extra bits that had not flagged up before. Scott was great and kept up communication with updates on repairs and what was next. When it was confirmed that the turbo (what was left of it!) needed replacing, was able to source a suitable replacement third party which helped keep costs down

Scott the owner of the company HPP Aoutomotive, what a lovely bloke I went in to see if he could fit a sourced part for my car as you just can't find stuff for the on the shelf he said no problem we got it booked in and by the afternoon of the appointment he had sorted out the car for me. My clutch failed on a little citigo when doing the school run (they do all cars as well as high end stuff :) - I rang all the local garages and the said they couldn't look at it for a fortnight.
HPP said they could do it the quickest, which was in a weeks time.
I agreed and then two days later get a call, as a gap had opened up and they could do it that day.
That evening it was ready to pick up.
Fantastic service, as everyone else said two weeks and they had it done in two days.
The job was a good one and the price was fair.

MONSTER CEE'D GT!

Started out doing a service and bearing replacement on both front wheels myself, wheel hubs badly rust fused with knuckles and could not free off, took to 2 local garages and they both point blank refused to look at the job... Asked Scott at HPP to have a go and was happy and willing. Scott talked me through the process they went through, even let me go into the workshop and showed me exactly what was happening, the issues, the workarounds (something I have never experienced in a garage!). Got some other parts replaced whilst there. Price was very reasonable especially as it was a monster of a job! I'm a very happy customer and I couldn't recommend this place enough! Again, thankyou for the excellent service!! 👍👍👍

Scott and the team were amazing from start to finish, knowledgeable, logical, thorough. Uses parts that are recommended and doesn't throw things on, so very grateful to the team for sorting the car out when I needed it fixed! Only issue is the teams always busy! Being a local business  I chose HPP Automotive in Bishop Auckland to carry out a service on my Mercedes A250 and I’m so pleased I made the right choice. Scott impressed me straight away with his thorough knowledge of car mechanics and his professional yet friendly manner. I felt confident I’d made the right choice and so it proved when he discovered a snapped rear suspension coil spring during his inspection and he showed me a video of the broken part  which he replaced without delay.
